Tea in the United States covers everything from a traditional Chinese or Japanese tea house to a Southern sweet-tea counter, and the fastest-growing segment is bubble tea: Taiwanese-style milk teas and fruit teas with tapioca pearls, sold by chains and independents alike with adjustable sugar and ice levels. Tea rooms serving afternoon tea with scones and sandwiches usually require a reservation, while boba shops, juice bars and smoothie shops are walk-in and quick. Kava and kombucha bars are a newer category, and loose-leaf tea stores sell blends, teaware and gifts, often with a tasting counter. Prices for a drink run similar to coffee-shop prices, with premium teas and cold-pressed juices at the high end.

Tallahassee is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Tallahassee follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I ordered the steak Ramen and let me tell you: OH. MY. GOD. IT WAS SOOOO YUMMY AND DELICIOUS. The beef broth was so tasty and warm and just a feel good vibe for the soul, the meat was tender and juicy and delicious, the noodles were also tender and soaked up the flavor of the broth, the soy soaked egg was absolutely fantastic, the bamboo shoots were tender and easy to chew! The mocha Boba tea was SO GOOD! It was a perfect combo of sweet, but slightly bitter with just the perfect amount of milk. Service was amazing! The cashier was very polite and welcoming!!! The chicken karaage and crab rangoon was perfectly fried and crispy! And last but not least, I can forget to mention the vibe! It was perfect for a friday night, fast service, good music, and beautiful decor!!!! Will definitely be coming back and if you ever come here, be sure not to eat to much before coming because YOU WILL BE STUFFED!!!!

I ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen Bowl and it was so good. The chili bomb was the perfect amount of heat. The rich pork broth and other wonderful flavors really makes this a great go to place when you want something good but not something heavy. Get the Boba tea on the side. I am so happy that I found a great Tonkatsu Ramen restaurant. I highly recommend it!!

Variety of noodles from all sorts of Asian cuisines. Fast service and generous portions. I found the pho and ramen to be less flavorful compared to other places Iβve tried (soup felt more salty and one dimensional), but the crispy chicken appetizer was decent
